Alfredsson, creator of WarpX and Aurora FAQ (web pages about the future
of OS/2 Warp) and author of BootSet and WebNav (I'm registered user of this two OS/2 programs), just updates WebNav to version 2.1 Beta

file (webn21b1.zip,
270.01Kb) of this browser and you can be get it also in JMA Software Web Site, where
are available also the WebNav DLL for Internet Adventurer (199k).

A WEB BROWSER
BUILT TO
BE COMPACT AND EASY TO USE.
Features include treebased quicklist, animation icon that
works with
WebExplorer animations, support for external*
mail/news/mirror/frames/java,
offline and online browsing, downloads builtin and external, News and
Mail, select a new link while a document is loading and others. WebNav
is built to be a replacement for your current WebExplorer and supports
the same HTML level as WebExplorer. WebNav is not a direct
replacement for Navigator 2.02.

WebNav 2.0 ships as Trial and Registered Editions. The
Registered Edition lists for USD $25. The Trial Edition is a free trial
verson that might be evaluated in 30 days. The Trial Edition has a timeout
and has limitations on one feature. Any use after the trial period requires
you to register. Unregistrered use after the evaluatuion period is illegal.

NEWS: WebNav 2.1 Beta 1 is availible for download.
WebNav 2.0 supports HTML 2.0 plus a few features from
HTML 3.x. Since WebNav uses the same websupport as WebExplorer
the level of HTML compliancy is the same as the installed version of
WebExplorer.
WebNav 2.0 requires Warp 3 or Warp 4. WebNav 2.0 also requires
that you have installed IBM TCP/IP support and WebExplorer 1.03 or
later (to get the DLL file WEBEXWIN.DLL that WebNavigator needs).
These files are free in all versions of Warp.
WebNav and Internet Adventurer
WebNav is also availible as a DLL that can be called from
other
programs. Internet adventurer, a popular internet suite for OS/2 ships with
a somewhat limited bowser. With WebNavDLL you can replace the
builtin browser in IA with the full WebNav browser. This DLL is free for
registered users and can be downloaded from our download page.
WebNavDLL Beta 2 is now available.
WebNav is also availible in customized versions. If your company
