VeriSign was generated two certificates for the same user (macarlo) on the same e-mail adress with different name configurations on the same operating system on the same partition!

Is VeriSign really secure? Hehehe, I'm not sure...Last April 10, 1999 I was asked by the brazilian ISP Mandic if I'm interested in join VeriSign as a Mandic user for just only US$1,00 by year in a special promotion. I joinned quickly using my -email adress <macarlo@mandic.com.br> with my name (<Carlos Andre R. Marcier (Macarlo)> and the certificate was instaled by VeriSign in my Internet Explorer 5 on my Windows NT SP4.
During one week I used this security option fine (and now I'm follow using it) but when I intended export this certificate as a backup to transport it to other browser I have here, I'm bombed by IE5! Just I clicked OK in the dialog box to export the file with my private key in the correct format the IE5 saids that the private key can't be exported and the task was aborted!
I tryed other several times the exportation but have not success. With this result I decided contact the brazilian support but the answer to my question was a joke.
Well, I know that De Gaulle's sentence is right ("...Le Brasil nest pas un pays serieux") and I tryed retrieve a fresh copy of my certificate on Mandic/VeriSign page using my secret phrase but I have not success.
Well, this Saturday April 24, 1999 I accessed the VeriSign site using Netscape 4.51 buil-in access and I was asked if I'm interested in join VeriSign. Using the same e-mail adress <maca@macarlo.com> I joinned with my complete name <Carlos Andre Racz Marcier> and the certificate is correctly installed in a fastly and smooth operation including exporting copy to a diskette as a backup!
Well, if a jackass use my e-mail adress with another name configuration as <C. Andre R. Marcier> another certificate will be generated and installed in the jackass machine!!!
Yeahhh, man, is it security? I'm not sure...

Photo shows: IE5 can't export my first certificate!
