Micro. PM Fee is a Presentation Manager front end for McAfee's command line
program: os2scan.exe and lets you easily scan your drives for viruses. Written with
Borland C++ for OS/2 and tested with screen sizes of 640*480, 800*600 and 1024*768..
Also PM Fee lets you view the scan log file and virus list. PM Fee is shareware
and costs $10 to register. New Features: * german, polish and czech implemented
* drag and drop of a file or folder implemented * bitmap removed from main screen
to make more space for dropping files * resize of viruslist and logfile dialog
is now possible. This update is free for registered users

McAFee
McAFee Virus Scanner is available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish
and Dutch.
Install McAfee according to their instructions. Make sure the created directory
is included in the PATH statement in config.sys (and reboot to make this active).
PM Fee is tested with the English, German, French, Spanish and Dutch version
of os2scan.exe.
Shareware Version
The shareware version is fully operational. Some Window colors and sounds
are different in the shareware version. Every time you start PM Fee the About box
pops up. Every time you make a scan the PMFEE.LOG logfile is recreated.
Registered Version Features
With the registered version of PM Fee the language and sound settings are
saved. Scanning appends information to the PMFEE.LOG logfile. Also there is a properties
menu where you can
specify the max size of the PMFEE.LOG file (5-999 Kbytes) and the folder where
you want to store this file.
PM Fee features
a. Can scan any combination of local drives.
b. Can scan any combination of network drives.
c. Uses Drag and Drop to scan a single file or folder.
d. Option to view the PMFEE.LOG log file.
e. Option to view and search the VIRUS list.
f. Option to specify the max log file size and directory.

g. Multi language.

Installation
Unzip the zip file to a floppy. Run Install.exe. PM Fee requires about 670
KBytes for the programs. The viruslist ceated by PM Fee is about 1 MByte. When
scanning PM Fee ceates a
temporary file of about 1 MByte .
