TrueSpectra Inc. has updated its outstanding product Photo>Graphics Professional to version 2.02. Upgrade and demo are available to download at the TrueSpectra web site. To get the file click the TrueSpectra's logo above. I, @Macarlo, downloaded the file (tspg202s.zip, 6,12Mb), installed and tested the soft just fine in my OS/2 Warp 4.0 +FP6. Really, TrueSpectra improves Photo>Graphics. To install, simple extract the zipfile in a /temp directory preserving the paths and click the install.exe. This subdirectorys will be created under PGPro directory: /AutoSave, /bin. /Help, /Images, /Objects, /Samples, /Scripts, /Tutorial and /Work. To start Photo>Graphics Pro, click the pgpro.exe, in /bin.

This file is actually a sampler and an upgrade combined: registered Photo>Graphics PRO version 2.x owners can download it, and enter their serial number to enable all the features. Take a look at the product sheet and the accompanying 'Read Me' file then download it from TrueSpectra ftp server:As one large file and I get it simple using my Netscape Communicator 4.04 Beta 2 for OS/2 wich I'm testing everyday on Warp 4.0 and Warp 3.0.

What's the difference between the sampler and the full product? Well, saids Truespecta in his web site, after 30 days the sampler product disables some features. With the full product, you get

- Saving to bitmap formats (enabled for 30 days in Sampler)
- Printing capability (enabled for 30 days in Sampler)
- Two books: a full-colour Tutorial guide and a Users Guide
- A Bitmap image library
- A clip-art image library (in .orc files)
- A large number of sample Projects which you can use as templates

If you're happy with the sampler, you can purchase the unlocking code online, or a special low price that will enable ALL software features (printing and saving) and give you access to customer service. You will not receive printed manuals or the CD-ROM contents.

If you want the CD-ROM, graphic library, and manuals, you can visit one of TrueSpectra's many distributors for a copy.
