After downloading and unzipping the HTML files to a single directory on your computer, start your web browser, and open the file WELCOME.HTM (the cover page for OS/2 CONNECT including the table of contents).

NOTE: Due to file size constraints, the HTM files may make reference to WAV and other ZIP files that will not be included in this packet of files. This may also include the "Graphic of the Month."
