Opera Tip for OS/2
|
by Paul D. Wirtz
You can print your win-OS/2 settings to a file. Then others
can load that
file into a program object and get all the settings.
For example:
To save settings-
open the properties for the Opera program object (Not the exe.)
select settings
press the win-OS/2 properties button.
Select all Dos and win-OS/2 settings then press OK.
At the bottom is a row of buttons. Press the Print button.
Select encoded file and enter a path and file name. e:\settings\opera.set
Press OK.
Close the properties notebook.
To load settings.
Open the properties for the program object for the windows app.(or create a
new one)
Select the settings tab.
Press the Win-OS/2 properties button.
Press OK
Press the Load button.
Enter the path and file name of the settings. d:\down\opera.set
Press Load.
Press Save.
Close the properties notebook.
So you could save your opera setting to a file and put them on the webpage
for D/L.
I think it's neat anyway.
