If you've never seen it, the Windows Magazine Web site has a great and vast

Last year, I recommended a site called ExtraCheez.com, a great forum and
resource site for Network Professionals. I just took a trip back there,
and
the site has greatly expanded and has been renamed BrainBuzz.com. The
site
now has additional forums for developers and for Java.
The last time I recommended it, they got so many visitors they called me up
to ask where all the people were coming from! It is worth the visit, folks.
