Hi All.
I just tested on my Windows 2000 Professional this nice freeware NoteTab Light. This fine release runs fantastic on Windows NT environment. If you are seeking for a text editor for professional purposes, very efficient, intuitive and free, it is NoteTab Light. To get now NoteTab Light version 4.82 simple jump to download.com and suck it:

The file that I sucked is ntl482.zip (1.20MB). To install NoteTab Light click his packed file using WinZip 8.0 or another similar tool and that is all: the Install Shield put the soft in a subdirectory inside Program Files and if you are using Windows 2000 as me no reboot is needed: simply start the NoteTab Light and enjoy it! In the photo below you can see the Setup Screen running on my Windows 2000 Workstation.

NoteTab Light is a versatile text editor with innovative productivity tools. The program offers a convenient tabbed interface and can handle files as large as memory permits. These two features make it possible to open and edit numerous documents of almost any size. Version 4.6a added an autocorrect mode and support for MS Office sound events.
