JMDL Kernel
The new JMDL run time environment incorporates the Sun Java
Virtual Machine and can run both native Java and MDL applications. The JMDL provides

Productivity Tools
Since MicroStation/J is the next edition to MicroStation,
all the powerful functionality that users had available to them in MicroStation
SE is included in MicroStation/J. This includes suchindustry-recognized creation
and modification tools as AccuDraw, SmartLine, PowerSelector, automatic cell replacement,
among many others. Also included are the powerful batch plotting capabilities,
MicroStation BASIC, Level Manager, IntelliTrim as well as new capabilities like
ODBC 3.0 support and enhanced dimensioning tools.
