The last version file content mbackg.exe and mmpegi.exe. Now, content mmpeg.exe

Run install.exe for start installation.

use SET NOWIN32LOG=ANY VALUE to disable logging

Use associate with images acceptance for MMPM(GIF,BMP,TIF,JPG,
etc...).
In image file, press mouse right button, click Open as / Set Wallpaper... for change
background image.
