OS/2 Tools in Review (for Brazilian Users)

SPECIAL NOTICE & DISCLAIMER

At May 20, 1999 I posted on Hobbes two eletronic magazines about OS/2 tools for brazilian users (and portuguese users, obviously). One, compiled by WebCompiler in 32 bits on Windows NT is only for Windows and the idea is just turn this review available for Windows users. The zipfile is called os2tools_br.zip. The other file - compiled by InfoCourier, 16 bits - is for OS/2 users and Windows 3.11 users. These is the zipfile called os2tools_br_16a that contain an executable called os2tools.exe (runs fine on Warp, seamless in WinOS2). Don't use the 32 bits executable on OS/2 (you may be crashes!).
