Version 2.0 leverages recently developed IBM Java
technology, such as servlet development support
for the IBM WebSphere application server. The new
features increase performance, streamline program
maintenance, improve project management through

Mutual of Omaha, which provides individual health
and accident insurance, anticipates that it will
be ready for the Year 2000 by the end of 1998.
VisualAge 2000 is helping them to get there, by
providing key testing tools such as Coverage
Assistant that lets developers target just their
remediated code. Mutual of Omaha has seen testing
time drop by as much as 90% on complex modules.
