This is a Rexx tool to create HTML pages from the 00global.txt
file from the root of Hobbes.
The pages keep links to the real Hobbes files so that you can download them. More
detail in the PHVM.HTML, inside the file PHVM.ZIP. Simply get the zip, unzip it
in a directory (eg HOBBES) and start mkphvm.cmd.
